“Why is my mother unable to eat anything?”
My mother is 71 years old and has multiple complications including constipation, diabetes, blood pressure and so on. Lately, she has been refusing to eat and seems to always be nauseous. What could be wrong?

The nausea is probably causing loss of appetite. Need to work up the nausea and try to determine the cause. It might be a medication side effect. If no etiology for nausea can be found, then at least treat for nausea (e.g. with a neuromodulator) and this will improve appetite.
