“upper torso tightness”
I'm experiencing tightness around my chest, upper arms and back. My chest wall muscles hurt and there's a faint sound when I breathe in. It sounds like rice krispies.

Medications: Humira, Azathyroprine and Levothyroxine
Conditions: Hypothyroidism, Ankylosing spondylosis

Do you smoke? If so, quit now! It sounds like chronic obstructive pulmnary disease. You should see you family doctor and get a referral to a high resolution CT scan of your thorax. That will lead to the explanation, although likely not the solution. While waiting for this, you could see a low level laser therapist and get your thorax treated.
