“My first USG showed a calculi of 2 cms and the next showed nothing. Is it possible?”
I underwent a USG that indicated a calculi of 2 cms. And after a week another USG showed no calculi. Is it possible for such a big calculi to go away on its own?

That is one big stone! It would be highly unlikely that you would not notice passing it. Are you sure that both ultrasounds were yours?? Talk with your doctor.
No. Usually, a stone greater than 8mm in diameter is unlikely to be passed. I think one of your ultrasound readings is wrong.
Yes, it was a very small stone. It was probably 2 mm not cm, which passed on its own.
