My mother has been diagnosed with UTI and has been taking antibiotics, but now she started to get loose motions. Can you please help?

If she has mild diarrhea, the symptoms will usually stop within a few days to 2 weeks after she is done taking the antibiotic. For more severe diarrhea, she should see her doctor.
It's probably disrupted her GI flora and she could benefit from some probiotics.
Many antibiotics used for a prolonged period will kill intestinal bacteria and give diarhea
