What can I do about water in my ears?

My ears are very sensitive, and I constantly feel like I have water in them. What can I do to relieve this discomfort?

Appears you have chronic eustachian tube dysfunction. Best to see an ENT for evaluation and potential directed treatment.
First find out if you have accumulated wax in your ears and have them cleaned if you do. If you don’t have any then stop cleaning your ears, you may then try 4 drops of alcohol in the ear canals when you feel the water, alcohol will dry your ears but be sure you don’t have an ear drum perforation.
