“What are the most common injuries in softball?”
My daughter wants to be in softball and her coach thinks that she has a lot of promise as a pitcher. What's the most common injuries associated with this sport?

Elbow and shoulder are common injuries. Many others.
Throwers shoulder and elbow injuries. A good preventative rehab program goes a long way to keep her on the mound. Also, ACL injuries are all too common in all-lady athletes.
