“What are the non-surgical methods to reduce breast size?”
Hi, I am 27 years old. My right breast is bigger than my left breast, and I wanna make it smaller so that my breasts are equal in size. I don't want to have surgery for it because my friend who had a reduction had a long recovery period. Are there any non-surgical methods to reduce breast size?

Unfortunately there are no non surgical procedures to reduce the size of the breast. Some times liposuction can be done to reduce the larger size with minimal scarring.
Other than weight loss (which has very limited effectiveness), there is nothing left besides surgery. However, the best operation is chosen based on your breast size and desired outcome.

There are no reliable non-surgical methods to reduce a breast to reduce asymmetry. Surgery may be as simple as liposuction if the discrepancy is minor and due to fat content. There are many different techniques to reduce various amounts of breast tissue, but recovery is generally within the 2-3 week period without complications.

There are no non-surgical ways to reduce breast size. Usually, surgery has a speedy recovery. Sorry your friend had issues, but that is not the rule. See a different doctor.

None. The only reductive methods are resection and lifting. You may achieve a mild degree of lifting with threads (PDO threads), but it is only temporary, lasting 9-10 months at which time you may repeat treatment. This lifting is non-surgical and requires no anesthesia or down time.
Yes, there are non-surgical treatments, but they don’t have consistent and reliable results. In young immature breasts with dense breast tissue (instead of fat), it is difficult to decrease size. If the breast is fatty, then Coolsculpting and other non-surgical therapies are great.

A short scar breast reduction on the other side would be your best option please make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon
Thank you for your inquiry on breast reduction without surgery.
Yes, there is a non-invasive procedure called liposuction only breast reduction (LOBR) where there are no visible scars. And the recovery time is about 1 week.
Thank you.

The only non-surgical way to address breast asymmetry is a bra. I am sorry your friend's experience seemed so long, it shouldn't have been. I would reconsider a breast reduction of the larger size unless you prefer that size than you may need a lift on the larger size and an augmentation on the smaller. I routinely perform intercostal nerve blocks at the time of breast
reduction, after you are asleep. This involves injections of a long acting local anesthetic along the ribs, anesthetizing the nerves to the breast. You then get less narcotics during the procedure and less chance of nausea post-operative. You then require less pain medicine after the procedure and are more active sooner. Often, my patients will drive themselves to their visit on day 4. Return to work is typically at approximately one week and at most 1 1/2. Exercise is gradually resumed at 2 weeks.
