“What are the symptoms of a spine injury?”
I think I have a spine injury. The other day I was in a really bad car accident that brought me to the hospital. I didn't break anything though and I was, for the most part, okay. But now, I have issues walking and my spine just really hurts. Could this be a spine injury? I'm 45 years old.

Yes.
Likely muscle strain. A worrisome injury would be pain that extends down the leg or some numbness and tingling down the leg.
An injury to the spine usually results in severe pain to your back. Injury to the nerves would include weakness or loss of sensation in your legs.
