What are the side effects of Lasik eye surgery?

I am 28-years-old and I am concerned about the side effects of Lasik. What are the side effects?

There are possible complications with any surgery. You need to discuss this with your eye surgeon. I would assume you understand that the worst possible complication is loss of your eye- it can and has happened....thankfully it is an exceptionally rare complication. Do a google search on LASIK complications.
LASIK is generally a safe surgery as long as you get a full work-up and it is determined you are a good candidate. Side effects include dryness usually temporary, but in some cases permanent. Glare and halos at night. Very low rate of infection. All complications and lasting side effects are uncommon.
