My 12 year old daughter has constant ear pain. I am afraid she has an ear infection. What are the symptoms of an ear infection in a child?

Ear ache nasal congestion. If the pain is on the outer ear there may external otitis or swim ear which may need drops. Most 12 year olds have sinus infection with the ear infection
