It's important to know the type of polyp that you have. The pathology from the polyp(s) might be adenoma or hyperplastic and this makes a big difference in terms of follow-up. In general, there is no effective treatment for polyps.
You should have a colonoscopy by a GI to remove the polyps.
Colonoscopy with polyp excision, aka polypectomies.
The only option is to remove them and do the recommended colonoscopies. You are young to have polyps so you may want to consult with a colon rectal specialist to determine if genetic testing is right for you.
Depending on the number and types of polyps treatment can vary. For colon polyps found on routine colonoscopy that are few in number, the treatment options are either endoscopic removal during a colonoscopy or surgical resection if they are too large to be safely or completely removed during the colonoscopy. If colon polyps are numerous and associated with hereditary syndromes, consultation with a colorectal surgeon for discussion of treatment options would be the next step.

Depends on the size and location. They need to be removed either with a colonoscopy or with surgery (if unable to be removed with a colonoscopy).
