What are the treatment options for gingivitis?

I am a 22 year old female and I have gingivitis. What are the treatment options for gingivitis?

You need to get your teeth cleaned 2-3 times a year by a dentist / dental hygienist and floss and brush regularly at home. Also use a mouthwash like Listerine which helps too !
