“What are the treatment options for sinusitis?”
I'm 22, and was diagnosed with sinusitis recently, but my doctor didn't prescribe me antibiotics and prescribed me a strong ibuprofen. Are there other treatment options for this?

There are many treatment options for sinusitis. Too many to go into detail here, but we can break it down into two groups. Medical therapy including antibiotics, steroids, nasal sprays, saline nasal rinse, and allergy medications. Surgery is the other main therapy for sinus infections. An ENT can help you decide what is right for you.
Hello,
It could be viral. You can use saline spray and humidity. If worsens and/or with fever, will need antibiotics.

The majority of cases of sinusitis and rhinosinusitis are secondary to a viral syndrome. Viruses may last 3-5 days and usually are, not complicated with bacteria. Bacterial infections sometimes occur after symptoms do not improve with a, respiratory tract inflammation after 7-10 days. Only then should antibiotics be administered.
On what basis, symptoms and findings, was this diagnosis made? Conservative measure would include: No smoking, saline nasal irrigations, guafenisin, oxymetazoline nasal spray. Clinical diagnosis can be made by ENT. Better to have a sinus CT scan. A number of antibiotics may be effective if taken for 10 to 21 days, e.g. Augmentin, Zithromax, Avelox, etc.
