I am a 24 year old male who injured his elbow during softball. How do I resolve my elbow pain?

You should first be seen by your health care provider so you can find out why it hurts. The diagnosis will determine what to do about it.
Go see a physical therapist who can educate you on an exercise program and treat your inflammation.
You need to see an orthopedist for more tests, possibly an MRI for your elbow. You might have tennis elbow. You need an accurate diagnosis first, then you will see whether physical therapy will be helpful.
