I assume the surgery is for continued ventricular arrhythmias with or without heart failure. Anyway, you should feel fine and able to do whatever you can. If you get a ventricular arrhythmia you will feel a shock to convert the rhythm to normal. This shock can be quite strong but you’ll feel ok after you must report any shocks to your doctor.
