There are several things that cause speech to change from disease processes to medication changes to simple aging. I recommend seeing your doctor or a consulting with a speech pathologist to determine your best course of action.
Could be lots of things. You didn't give much detail. As always, I recommend consulting a speech pathologist
It depends on recent changes in your life. A speech therapist can help.
There could be multiple factors. How old are you? Have you had your hearing testing recently? More stressed out or tired? Any other health changes? It is hard to pin point without knowing a background but I would say if you are worried you can also check in with your doctor for a referral to a local speech therapist.
There are many reasons this can happen. Any acute changes in your speech or communication should be reviewed with your physician and then you can go in person to consult with an SLP for a full evaluation.
