What can I do with my shoulder pain?

I'm 32 years old, and I have had chronic shoulder pain for over a a year from workplace injury. Is there anything that I can do for the pain? I'd rather not take pain killers.

Yes. Suprascapular nerve blocks are very effective. Cervical facet pain should also be ruled out.
