If the denture is stable and fit well, you can eat all kind of foods. you just have to star with soft food then graduate to little harder food and cut them in small pecies and put them on the right and left side in eqaual portion and chew evenlly and gradually you can have the confidence to eat any kind of food. Bitng and chewing might not be the same as your natural teeth you might not feel hot and cold like you use to so be careful about burning your soft tissue. If the denture is slightly lose you might want to use denture adhesive like Fixdent, will seal all denture borders and help denture fit tight which prevent food not going the inside of the denture.
If you can’t eat with your dentures, please return to the dentist who made them. She would be the best person to solve this issue.
The answer to this depends on how well your dentures fit. You definitely shouldn't eat anything that is hard or crunchy. These items can break your dentures. You generally lose about 70% of your chewing capacity once you lose you teeth and get dentures. You may want to upgrade to an implant supported denture if you want to enhance your chewing ability and pleasure while eating. You should stick to a softer diet and cutting up your food into smaller pieces to help with the eating until you are ready to upgrade to an implant supported denture.

You can eat anything you want if they fit well and you do not incur any sore spots.Full dentures only allow you to exert 60 pounds of pressure as aboused to natural teeth or implants which also 600 to 900 pounds of pressure. So use common sense. chop meat is easier than steak. 2 implants or mini implants added to an existing denture can make a huge difference

There is no rule for what an individual can or cannot eat with dentures. It is up to the denture wearer.
That depends on your dentures and the amount of retention your dentures have- you are the best judge of your limitations. Retention can be improved with implants or sometimes a simple reline.
