“What causes arrhythmia?”
The doctor diagnosed me with arrhythmia when I was kid. Sometimes I feel lightheaded and I worry about my heart. Is this because of arrhythmia? I'm now 28 years old.

You are young and what you feel are palpitations. You should visit a cardiologist so he can study the electrical conduction of your heart. Also thyroid studies are important in this matter.
