Psychiatrist Questions Depression

What causes depression during seasonal changes?

Since I can remember, I get sad whenever the season changes, particularly in the fall and spring. I don't understand why this happens. What causes this? Is there treatment?

Environment and social structures and others can change someone’s persona and basically because some don’t like changes and out of comfort zones. But we all learn from getting out of our comfort zone
It's quite common. Some people need exposure to light and get depressed if they don't in the winter months. You can use a bright light therapy lamp. In any case, it's always good to see a psychiatrist if it doesn't work.
You do not need any treatment, learn to adjust to weather.
