“What causes hyperactivity in chidren?”
My daughter is 3 years old and is considered hyperactive by our doctor. What usually causes children to be hyperactive?

At 2-3 years old most children are hyperactive with a short attention span. If it is extreme, it can be genetics. Caffiene products, increased sugar in the diet , and not enough sleep can cause hyperactive behavior. Very rarely increased lead and increased thyroid can cause these problems.
