“What could be causing intense uterine pain?”
I woke up at 5 am with sharp abdominal pain in my uterus area. I've never felt anything like it, like it almost felt like my uterus was being ripped out of me. What could be the cause?

You need a vaginal/pelvic US with evaluation of kidneys.
Possibly:
-Fibroids
-Twisted ovary
-Ectopic pregnancy
-Bladder stone
-Appendicitis
-Diverticulitis or inflamed bowel
