Go see your doctor
Anything from eating beets (10% of people will pee red after eating beets) to muscle damage to infections to tumors can cause the urine to be reddish in color. You should see your doctor.
There's a wide differential from benign conditions to infections or even cancerous etiologies. This should always be evaluated by your primary care and possibly a urologist.
