I am a 30 year old female. I will be visiting a hematologist for the first time. What diagnostic tests will be needed?

I am not sure whey you will br visiting the hematologist. Without that knowledge I would say that ou will likely have a CBC and SMA and whatever specialty tests the hematologist feels are necessary.
You will likely get a complete blood count (CBC) at least and maybe some coagulation tests (PT, PTT) and measurement of the Ferritin to see if you have an iron deficiency.
