“What foods help to stop diarrhea?”
Our family got back from a trip abroad and my son has nonstop diarrhea. What could this be? What foods help to stop diarrhea?

Traveler's diarrhea (infection) is probably the cause. Foods will not help this situation. Usually, infectious gastroenteritis is self limited. If it doesn't go away after a week or 2 then seek help with a PCP or GI doctor.
He could have picked up a colon infection (common after traveling), if diarrhea doesn't go away, see your primary physician to get a stool study to check for infection.
Persistent diarrhea after travel from abroad needs evaluation by your pediatrician to evaluation for infectious diarrhea especially if coming from countries endemic to certain bacteria, and parasitic gastroenteritis.
