What foods to avoid if you have eczema?

I am a 28 year old female and I have eczema. I heard that avoiding certain foods can help with it. What foods to avoid if you have eczema?

This remains very trial and error
It is only wise to avoid foods if you see that your eczema flares after eating them. Foods that are known for that are dairy products and wheat-based products.

There are no foods to avoid unless you are allergic or sensitive to something. A food journal will help!
Eczema has no known cause to western doctors, but doctors from the east, e.g., Asia can treat this problem successfully with acupuncture. If they don't know what caused it, then all you get is steroids and antihistamine to reduce the symptoms. Go to an acupuncturist, they will give you some good advice and treatment instead of living lifelong on steroids.
Depends if you have allergies to food - visit your dermatologist or allergist- perhaps allergy testing may be in order. Visit your local dermatologist and discuss your options and diagnosis.
