What happens if you blink during laser eye surgery?

I am a 30 year old male. I will have laser eye surgery. What happens if you blink during laser eye surgery?

You will not blink during surgery because an instrument called a lid speculum will be used to hold your eyelids open.
Of course precaution is taken to prevent such issue, but depends on the type of procedures, type of Laser , etc

You will not be able to blink during the surgery. Your eye will be held open with a lid speculum. If you do blink, nothing will happen and the laser will be locked-in and tracking your eye for any slight movement.

You don't need to worry about blinking during LASIK eye surgery. We have an eyelid opening device referred to as a "speculum." Our eyes are not able to overcome the speculum as they are typically made from surgical grades stainless steel.
Hope this helps!
A small eyelid retractor may be placed on your eye to prevent you from blinking. There are also tracking devices to focus specifically on your pupil.
You cannot blink during lasik surgery as your eyelids will be held apart with an eyelid speculum.
