There are many negative impacts to the body from binging. I would suggest you seek medical and mental health consultation
Binge eating (B.E.D.) is the most common eating disorder among adults in the US. Unlike someone who overeats occasionally, a binge eater feels out of control with his/her eating at least once a week for a given 3 month period of time. The eating feels out of control and most people who are suffering from this feel unable to stop the binge.

There are many physical problems that can arise from binge eating (although generally, obesity is not necessarily one of them). Cardiac problems, an imbalance in the nutrients in your system, GI problems, even dental problems can result as a reaction to binge eating.

Be sure to consult with a properly trained physician if you are suffering from this condition. It is treatable....
Many things take place in the mind and body when one binge eats. The stomach stretches, the cues that signal whether or not one is hungry malfunctions, and it can disrupt one's circadian rhythm (the awake/sleep cycle). Binge eating can also cause an increase in fat in the body, which can cause health issues in the future. In addition, due to the combination of all the consequences of binge eating, the individual is also at higher risk of developing depression.
