“What heart rate is too high for a child?”
My son is 3 years old and his heart rate seems fast. What heart rate is too high for a child?

Here is an article showing normal heart rates for children. A three-year-old can have a heart rate from 80 to 120. If his heart rate were persistently over 110, even at rest, you might want to consider a visit to his pediatrician for an evaluation.
