Your surgeon should have prescribed you pain management medications. OTC medications like ibuprofen will also help.
800 mg of Motrin with ADE in the relief of the pain and ADE and relieve the inflammation and swelling
Since implant placement is a surgical procedure it’s best to discuss pain management with you provider but a combination of ibuprofen and Tylenol together usually provides good pain management
Alternate ibuprofen 600-800 mg with acetaminophen 500 mg. Do not exceed the dosage listed on the packages.
You can try following home remedies:
1- Eat softer foods or liquid meal replacements.
2- Apply an ice pack to the aching areas.
3- Soak your mouth with a mixture of warm water and baking soda.
Or Take any prescribed or recommended painkillers or relievers by certified dentist.

There are many different procedures for implants, it depends on what your dentist thought you needed.for your implants to be successful. Ask your dentist about what pain medication would make you more comfortable.
Rinse your mouth with warm salt water several times a day and after eating. Ask how you should take care of your implants, tongue, and teeth daily.. You have to remove the plaque from the your gumline and teeth, daily.
