What is the best test to check for heart problems?

I am a 45 year old male. I want to know what is the best test to check for heart problems?

Well, if you have no symptoms and no risk factors (Smoking, Diabetes, hypertension) or family history then you need no test. However if you have any of these and would like to do the simplest test to rule out possible heart blocks a simple calcium score can give you an answer. However, if you have any symptoms like shortness of breath, easy fatigue and chest pain then a stress testing directed under a cardiologist care would be the best evaluating tool
