When you remove your dentures, you should brush them. Brush the tissue side. Then brush your chewing side. Rinse your dentures off and soak them. Those denture tablets are good for soaking your dentures. Remember to discard the water in your denture cup. While your dentures are soaking it's time to give your gum tissue some care. Take your clean fingers and massage your gum tissue. Rinse your mouth with some warm salt water. Clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Gargle your mouth and throat with warm salt water.
You can buy polident tablets to clean your dentures.
Hello,

Soak them over night in a denture cleaner that you can pick up at any pharmacy. You can lightly brush them with a tooth brush to get food particles off afterward. You do not want to use tooth paste because it has abrasives in it and you will scratch the denture. After soaking it, make you rinse it before it back in. Hope this helps.

Best of luck to you!
