“What is this white growth?”
Sometimes itches. White fluffy, greasy stuff growing on scalp, neck, face, upper arms. Little bumps on forearms and thigh. White inside mouth, with a fissure on the tongue. Raw spots in the ground. Sometimes itches. Skin very red. Lump on the left leg, knee, and right hand. Crave sweets, not diabetic. White mass two by two inches by one-half inch in feces. Often constipated. Gained 85 pounds in two months without change if diet.

I would recommend coming in for a full skin check up and evaluation.
This patient requires a KOH cultures of bacterial and fungal as well as a biopsy of her skin.
