What not to eat when you are pregnant?

I am a 31 year old pregnant female. I want to know what not to eat during pregnancy?

There is no short answer. Look this up in "what to expect when expecting".
Basically, other than obvious things like alcohol, the only thing you should avoid is fish. I tell my patients to limit anything caught in the ocean should be limited to one serving a week. There are some species (like shark) that have more than others. If you love fish, then you should look on the internet for what species has more mercury than others. Of note, you can have as much farm-raised fish as you want.
