I am an overweight 35 year old male. I have high blood sugar levels of 300. What should I do if my blood sugar is over 300?

If you are diabetic on insulin. You should have been given an insulin sliding scale to deal with eventualities. [10 units is probably reasonable]
300 hundred blood sugar is high you need to get your blood sugar repeated and get your hbaic done, watch what you put in your mouth anything that tastes sweet avoid ,low carbs
See your doctor. You may need to start on medication
You are a diabetic who at the very least should be on oral diabetic medications. You should also be on a diabetic diet, and should do whatever you can to get your weight down. See a physician ASAP and talk to him about your blood sugar and diabetes.
