There is nothing magical to eat in the morning or any other time of day to keep the gut healthy. If you eat and drink healthy foods/liquids, then you will be healthy overall and your gut will be healthy too. Beware of the constant stream of claims without evidence from many products and purveyors of quick fixes for a price.
