What should you do if your tooth falls out?

I am a 39 year old male. I want to know what should I do if my tooth falls out?

Put packing. Don’t rinse for a day vigorously. Let the clot form.
Teeth don't normally "fall out." I would recommend you get this checked out by a dentist. Teeth can come out if the bone around them is lost due to advanced gum disease. If this is the case, you may be at risk of losing other teeth as well unless you get treatment. You may also have had a retained baby tooth that finally fell out. While this itself is not a concern, you should nonetheless get this looked at to make sure other teeth are not going to shift or move into the space present.
I would immediately contact my dentist. There may be an underlying periodontal infection that caused bone loss around the tooth and ultimately resulted in the tooth loss.
Hello, if your tooth falls out( not broken), that would be a serious concern. Please see your dentist as soon as possible since most likely you are dealing with severe gum disease which predisposes you to diabetes/ heart attack/ stroke/ Alzheimer’s and other conditions.

How did it fall out? Trauma, gum disease or decay? My answer is different for each but see a dentist is def my recommendation
