I am a 46 year old female. I want to know what should your diet be with diverticulitis?

Low-fiber diet.
There is no evidence that any diet or avoidance of specific foods can alter the course of diverticulitis or prevent future bouts of diverticulitis.
For acute cases it’s nothing by mouth except clear liquids. When your symptoms have improved you can start to advance your diet gradually, under the supervision of your treating physician.
