Ginger tea
Make sure he has no constipation and first start with a probiotic. If there is no improvement see a doctor . Appendicitis is common in this age
Avoid foods that make him gassy. Sometimes massaging his stomach can help move the gas. If he is constipated then miralax may help clean him out.
Ovol 180 mg is a useful treatment for gas and no prescription is needed. This gives some relief but the underlying cause must be addressed
Please discuss with a doctor before self-treating your child.
Gas-x works great. Changing diet will help prevent it from happening in the future. If this doesn’t work, then an assessment by a physician should be done.

Gas x works well. Is he drinking a lot of carbonated drinks? Any lactose intolerance from dairy? If so, lactaid milk may help.
