Up to 10 weeks
Most miscarriages occur before 12 weeks of pregnancy with the majority occurring between week 6 and 8 after your last normal menstrual period.
The highest incidence of miscarriage is during the first trimester not a specific week. This is up to 12 weeks. The risk falls dramatically after this time period but may still occur.
