“When is a fever considered a medical emergency in a toddler?”
My daughter is 19 months old and has been having a minor viral infection for the last 2 days. Yesterday her fever touched 100 and I did a wet sponge treatment along with prescribed paracetamol and the fever came down. When should I go to the hospital?

Child her age can have high fever 103 to 104 with viral illness. If she is eating well and the fever comes down and does not last but a few days it is ok. If she is listless, coughing, has rash or vomiting get help with a lower temp.
