“When is the right time to talk to my son about sex?”
My son is 13 years old and I think that I should talk to him about sex, but don't know when the right time is. Any suggestions?

Right now seems right, kids keep getting exposed earlier and earlier. Remember giving him a choice of abstaining from sexual relations until he is married is always a choice. That never seems to come up anymore as an option.

Now is the time to talk to him. He probably already knows a lot and you will be correcting misconceptions more than teaching him something he does know. Don't wait any longer.
