I am a 32 year old male. I want to know when should I be worried about a skin tag?

True skin tags are benign growths and therefore of no consequence, unless of course it gets snagged on clothing and/or inflamed.
Skin tags can become irritated and are easily removed by a doctor. If you are not certain if the skin growth is a tag, best to visit a dermatologist and get it checked.

They are cosmetic, just doesn't look good. However, they are not cancerous.
