When should I stop exercising during pregnancy?

I am a 25 year old pregnant female. I want to know when should I stop exercising during pregnancy?

It depends on the exercise type, intensity, and regiment. Generally, high impact exercises are not recommended and, depending on other complications such as placentation, cervix integrity must be taken into consideration. Of course, discuss your unique condition with your doc.
Hi,

You never need to stop exercising. Obviously, as the pregnancy continues, it is harder and harder to do some exercises, however, it is not dangerous. Your body will tell you which exercises are more difficult than other exercises.
Good luck with your pregnancy.

You don't stop exercising unless recommended medically by your OBGyn due to complications in pregnancy. You will slow down in your third trimester, but that's not a reason to stop exercising. Listen to your body and still walk at least 15 minutes 3 times a day or continue your routine more cautiously.
