Which blackhead cleansers won't dry my skin out?

I started getting a lot of blackheads on my forehead and nose. It seems like every cleanser I try makes my skin dry. Which blackhead cleansers won't dry my skin out?

Please go to dermatologist to get it done.
In order to get rid of blackheads, you must break up the keratin plugging. Therefore, it takes something like salicylic acid or glycolic acid. At first, these agents can be drying, but the skin then gets used to it over time. You also can get a prescription retinoids from your dermatologist that will also work well.

Dial is a good middle-of-the-road cleanser for forehead and nose. Any cleansers are more drying in the winter than in summer. The Oxy products are particularly drying.
Hope that helps.
Try differin acne gel over the counter pea sized amount two nights weekly to entire face. Mix together with an oil free moisturizer a pea sized amount on the other hand. As tolerated increase frequency until nightly. Use a gentle cleanser without medications every morning/night and spot treat with an oil free moisturizer to areas that might get dry. If this is not helpful make an appointment with your local bird certified dermatologist.
