Which folic acid is best for conceiving?

I am a 23 year old female and I want to take folic acid. Which folic acid is best for conceiving?

Any prenatal with 0.8 to 1 mg folic acid. They are now over the counter. It doesn't HELP conception. It prevents neural tube defects in the fetus when you do get pregnant.
It doesn't really matter. Just take 1mg folic acid (folate) a day.
