“Which implants are the best implants?”
I would like a breast augmentation, but I can't decide on what implants I want. After researching them, a lot of the types seem really good. Which implants do you recommend for an augmentation?

Thank you for your question. Usually, this is something that has to be discussed with your surgeon. Personally, I prefer silicone filled implants with textured surface, round and high profile. Again, a topic to discuss with your surgeon.

I place all types of implants because everyone has different needs. It’s best to discuss them in an in-office consult where you can feel each one and also see what your new body looks like in a 3D computer simulation.
There is no such thing as best. Each type and relative size of implants has advantages and disadvantages. You should review the pros and cons of each type with your plastic surgeon to find the "best fit" that produces the desired effect with the lowest tolerable risk. Dr. Yuan
Type of implant will vary and an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon will help you understand the different types and which would be best for you and your desired results.
This is a decision that is very personal and is best made in consultation with your plastic surgeon.
From the point of view of quality, I have always used Mentor products and they have served my patients very well and are reasonably priced. Which would be best for you has to take into account so many variables including shape, size, texture, and saline or gel fill material. This is something you and your board certified, experienced surgeon should discuss in detail before your operation.
