Which influenza vaccine should a pregnant woman receive?

I am a 31 year old pregnant woman. I want to know which influenza vaccine should a pregnant woman receive?

The influenza vaccine (Fluval) is indicated for people 65 years old or younger with chronic diseases. Pregnant patient may have the vaccine if she has chronic diseases associated with her pregnancy. If a healthy pregnant patient at 31 years old chooses to have the vaccine, better to have it in her second or third trimester of pregnancy.
No live viral vaccines.

Multidose vials of flu vaccines contain Thimerosal (which has mercury ) as a preservative. Pre-loaded syringes do not have mercury. Mercury should be avoided when you are pregnant, though the amount of mercury in an average influenza vaccination is small enough that it should not really have an effect.
The regular shot they prepare each year is fine.
