Which week is the baby fully developed?

I am a 22 year old pregnant woman. I want to know which week is the baby fully developed?

Fetuses are fully "developed" during the first Trimester ie the first 12 weeks. From then on it is mainly growth and development.
Hello,

First of all: Congratulations.
So, by "fully developed," I assume that you mean when does the baby have all of the anatomy that is developed? If that is the question: Believe it or not, the baby is fully developed by 12 weeks. If we could magically see everything this early, everything would be fully formed. Once everything is fully formed, you cannot get a birth defect. Typically, we can see everything by ultrasound by about 21 weeks.
I hope that this helps.

At 37 weeks gestation, a fetus is considered full-term. A baby born before 37 weeks is considered preterm. However, there is a wide variation in prognosis of preterm infants that mostly depends on the gestational age. However, there are many other factors that come into play.
