“Why am I feeling pressure in my lower abdomen?”
For the past 4 days, I have had pressure in my lower abdomen... and this is different from my cramps that I'd feel during my period. Should I go to the emergency room? I'm not running a fever, and I feel a little pain when peeing. Also, 28 years old and female.

I would recommend to go see your doctor or Urgent care to have it checked. You may have an infection or other cause of pain. A few simple test (e.g., urine exam) can help diagnose a cause for your pain.
